1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using BorMe: Boring History for Sleep (the "Application"), provided by Wirefox ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Application.
2. Description of the Application
BorMe provides relaxing bedtime audio, slow-paced historical narrations, and customizable ambient soundscapes designed to assist users in winding down and sleeping. Free access provides a curated selection of starter historical epics and ambient soundscapes. Full access to our complete library of master historical episodes, offline downloads, and future releases requires an active premium subscription.
3. In-App Subscriptions, Free Trials, and Billing
A. Subscription Plans
BorMe offers recurring subscription plans via Google Play In-App Billing:
- Monthly Premium: Billed on a recurring monthly basis.
- Annual Premium: Billed on a recurring 12-month basis (may include an introductory free trial period where specified).
B. Free Trial Policy
If an Annual subscription includes a 7-day free trial, you will have unrestricted access to premium content during the trial duration. Unless you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid annual subscription and your Google Play payment method will be charged the displayed annual price.
C. Automatic Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours prior to the conclusion of the current billing cycle. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Google account:
To cancel a subscription on Android:
- Open the Google Play Store on your Android phone or tablet.
- Tap your profile icon at the top right → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Select BorMe: Boring History for Sleep.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the on-screen prompts.
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium content until the conclusion of your current paid billing period.
D. Refunds
All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play. Refund requests are governed by the standard Google Play Refund Policy. If you experience technical defects or billing errors, please reach out to us at support@wirefox.com or request a refund directly via Google Play Order History.
4. Intellectual Property
All content within the Application—including but not limited to spoken scripts, audio recordings, narrations, background music, soundscapes, engraved illustrations, UI designs, code, and trademarks—is the proprietary property of Wirefox or its licensed partners and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, extract, reproduce, distribute, or reverse-engineer any portion of the audio or visual assets without prior written consent.
5. Disclaimer of Medical Advice
THE APPLICATION AND ITS AUDIO CONTENT ARE PROVIDED FOR RELAXATION AND ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY. BORME IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL DIAGNOSES, PSYCHOTHERAPY, OR TREATMENT FOR CLINICAL SLEEP DISORDERS. ALWAYS CONSULT A LICENSED PHYSICIAN FOR ANY HEALTH OR MEDICAL CONCERNS.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WIREFOX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.
7. Modifications to the Service and Terms
Wirefox reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application (or any feature therein) at any time. We may update these Terms periodically, and your continued use of the Application following any updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
